Inflatable Dunnage Bags are the logical answer to minimizing
shipping damage. With outstanding load stabilizing capacity, an inflatable dunnage air bag can withstand tons of pressure and resistance to load shifting. The empty airbag should be placed in the gaps between the cargos and inflated by using compressed air. The airbag assumes the precise shape of the gap and supports and stabilizes the cargo effectively during transportation. The air bag can be used multiple times. The airbag is made of two layers of special paper and pp woven laminated with paper, ensuring maximum strength and low weight of the airbag. On the inside it contains of high strength PE quality film which is co-extruded, ensuring an ultimate airtight seal. The airbag is equipped with a special valve, which allows very quick inflation and deflation. The valve can be opened numerous times so that the airbag can be reused.
