Its vibration properties proves to be more efficient in dealing with fine particles which appears to be very difficult to achieve with normal fluidized bed
many of the industrial material needed physical movement during. This has been overcome by means of vibrators directly mounted on the body of the fluid bed dryer.
The vibration level of is dependent on the behavior and nature of the material to be dried, the amplitude can be adjusted by adjusting the unbalanced weight of the vibrators.
The drier is mounted on the four pillars with springs in between pillar and the fluid bed drier to avoid vibration transfer from fluid bed drier to structure. This gives a much lower product residence time per unit bed area than non-vibrating beds which can have powder layers up to 1500 mm. It can be operated as a separate drying or cooling unit.
