VHS Mechatronics Services (P) Limited is a sister concern of Prasad NC Machine Systems (P) Limited, both headed by a single management. VHSM offer products and services designed by a team of qualified and experienced professionals in the field of machine tools. Our strength lies in rebuilding the old machines both mechanically and electronically to the level of latest new CNC machinery.
With the explosive growth in the infrastructure sectors in India, VHSM is placed in an enviable position wherein all the 3 Verticals are catering to all the sectors in the infrastructure space – power, defense, construction, nuclear and aerospace. The manufacturing of new machines ,retrofitting and modernization of heavy duty old machines by VHSM . The machines manufactured by VHSM are also finding favor in markets abroad are due to its technical capabilities matching global standards, delivery time schedules and cost advantage.
VHSM’s in house design team uses 2D as well as 3D modeling in Solid works and finite element analysis in design of the machines. A virtual assembly of each SPM is made before the same is released for production. The design team has evolved in a unique way wherein they spend quality time during assembly thereby improving their knowledge and eliminating mistakes.
