Generally 97% of the total oil is extracted in 12 hour distillation process. Its earthy smoky scent often used in oriental type’s perfumes and even used in soaps as natural fragrance. The odor of vetiver oil improves substantially after keeping it in copper vessel for a period of 2-4 months. It is also regarded as a stimulant, diaphoretic and refrigerant. uses :
