tamocet-sp is a combination of nimesulide, paracetamol, serratiopeptidase, cetirizine & magnesium trisilicate and is an anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic & anti-allergic.

paracetamol also known as acetaminophen, chemically named n-acetyl-p-aminophenol, is a widely used over-the-counter analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).

serratiopeptidase is an enzyme isolated from a non-pathogenic bacteria called enterobacteria serratia e15.  

nimesulide is an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase so it inhibits synthesis of destructive prostaglandins and spares cytoprotective prostaglandins.

paracetamol is a valuable central analgesic but weak peripheral anti-inflammatory agent and exhibits antipyretic action.

serratiopeptidase helps to reduce pain by blocking the release of pain-inducing molecules from inflamed tissues.

cetirizine is an anti allergic, useful in both early and late phases of allergies.
