The spindle gear box has 8 mechanical speeds from 90 to 885 RPM. The gears are made from steel. The totally enclosed 2 H.P. Motor is direct coupled with gear box. The levers for changing the speed are avoided by means of providing special gear system. The speed can be changed in the running.
Feed Gear Box :
The feed gear box has 2 feed, 0.05 7 0.1, for the vertical movement of the Ram.
Automatic Feed With Auto Stop :
As the usual hand feed is with the machine, the Automatic feed arraignment is provided. As the feed engagement handles are pulled out automatic feed is engaged.
Drill Spindle :
The Drill spindle is made from best quality steel. The taper roller bearing is inserted.
Drill head & Table Arm :
Both can be raised, lowered and turned round the columm.
