The unit is fitted with safety and pressure release valves, water level indicator, cord & plug. The machine is fitted with a fully automatic microprocessor based temperature controller. The cycle is fully automatic including purging, sterilizing, rapid cooling & safety features such as process timer, low level water alarm, over heat Protection, high-pressure cutoff, two mechanical safety valves etc. The lid is made of SS.304, with Silicon rubber gasket used for sealing, supplied with pressure gauge & unique special round heater - to achieve pressure up to 20 Psi.
