Vermicompost

Vermicompost is an excellent source of organic matter and it actually comes from earthworms. Earthworms eat and digest organic matter in the soil and then it is their waste which provides benefits.
Earthworm waste, or worm-castings, are an excellent source of nitrogen, phosphorus, and other nutrients, and you can make a very nutritious (for your plants) vermicompost tea to use as a liquid feed and a foliar spray for you plants.
