Industrial ventilation is a method of controlling airbourne toxic chemicals, vapour etc. By exhausting contaminated air away from the working placeand replacing it with clear air. Industrial ventilation is typically used to remove welding fumes, solvent, vapours, oil mists or dusts from work location.
basically, in case of dry air type ventilation atmospheric air is taken inside the room through fan with filter and duct. The air is passed through louver and the inside hot air of the room is exhausted with the help of suitable fan or gravity louver. Thus the temparature of the air inside the room is stabled at normal temperature.
in case of wet type, air is taken inside the room through filter & intake louver and passed through the air washer. Finally this air is driven with the help of a fan through duct, the air is then passed inside the room through a series of grill & diffusers. Here, then the temperature of the room lower down to a 3-5 degree than that of outside temperatureand exhaust the air same as dry type ventilation.
