We are one of the prominent players of vented screw barrel. Our products have so many characteristics such as corrosion resistance & long lasting durability. This product gives you maximum output compare to other designs. The USP of this product is having the chemical as well physical properties.
We use EN 41b Materials Stainless Steel Materials to manufacture this product. Deepness of nitrading layer is between 0.5mm to 0.55mm. The Hardness of nitrading varies between 68 to 70 rock well hardness. Nitrading brittleness is greater than or equal to grade 1. We provide the special treatment of carbide coating on screw flight and bimetallic barrel. It also has the screw straight tolerance of 0.015mm/minute with the surface roughness RA 0.4 μm.
