VDMIS® Smart Blade Module

Provides a brilliant solution to measure
blades(airfoils). The measurement could be done with touch trigger probe like TP20, but the highest efficiency and accuracy could be achieved with scanning probes like REVO and
SP25.

Automatic measurement sequence will be generated as soon the pipe nominal parameters are entered.
Pipe module will generate a complete graphical and numerical analysis that is sent automatically to VDMIS smart report.
VDMIS® Smart Gear Module

Once  the  basic  Gear,  Spur  or  Helical, parameters are entered the Gear Module will calculate immediately the remaining parameters measure the Gear.

Numerical graphical Report will be sent to VDMIS® smart report and it will include:

• Lead  form  error,  slope  error  and total error
• Profile form error, slope error and total error.
• Adjacent   pitch   error,   cumulative pitch error and difference between adjacent pitches.

The Gear Module supports all Gear evaluation standards like AGMA, DIN, JIS and ISO.

VDMIS® Smart Surface Roughness Module

This advanced module uses the SFM Probe module combined with REVO scanning& infinite positioning capability to measure and analyze the roughness of any surface with high level of accuracy and efficiency never seen before.
