Contact SupplierIngredients:- Coriander, Cumin, Fenugreek, Cinnamon, Palmolein, Blackgram Dal, Red Chilly, Cloves. Coooking Directions Cook 175g of rice and keep aside. Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil and 0.25 tbsp mustard, 0.5 tbsp gram dal, a few cashew nuts and 0.25 tbsp green chilli. Remove and keep aside. Fry 175g of brinjal and 100g vegetables with the pinch of turmeric in the 0.25 tbsp cooking oil. Add 3.5 tbsp IFI vangibath masala, tamarind juice, salt to taste and jaggery if desired. Add the fried seasoning, fried copra(dry coconut) and cooked rice. Mix well and serve hot.
