We are offering valve trays for distillation. Fenix designs and manufactures highly efficient and low-cost fractionating trays consisting of vapour/liquid contacting decks to meet specific process requirements in sizes upto 8.0 m diameter.
valve trays have perforated tray decks and are fitted with moveable discs or valves to vary the tray open area automatically with changing vapour load. These can easily take care of process fluctuations withing reasonable limits. Fixed valve trays are also designed and manufactured if the client needs it.
trays as the vapour-liquid contacting device are less efficient compared to structured packings for mass-transfer operations and are used when the the systems do not need quite high number of theoretical stages for separation.
