Valve Guide

We manufactures the Valve guide from the size range of 1″ to 24″. We are manufacturer and exporters of valve guide for almost all size of Engine. Valve Guides are grounded to a surface finish of 0.80 Micro Ra on its Outer Dia and with in a tolerance of 13 Microns.

Valve Guides are also provided with Thread and Spiral in its Inner Dia to retain oil for long time. Thus increases the life of both Valve Guide and the Valve.

Valve Guide are made from grey cast iron alloy with high Phosphorous content to provide high wear resistance and improves working properties in poor lubrication conditions.

Valve Guide are made to accurate dimension as per OE standards and the inner bore is also finished to Perfect size, not usually done by Competitors.

Valve Guide are also made from Brass as per the customer demand & covers wide range of application for Automobiles, Tractors, industrial & Diesel Engines.
