A vacuum tray dryer is a Dryer used in chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries for low temperature drying that allows the wet cakes coming from filtration/centrifuge processes to be dried. A vacuum tray dryer is always combined with the use of a vacuum pump, which permits the extraction of the vapours of solvents and the water contained in the products to be treated. Sterilization can be conducted prior to the drying process, during which no matter is allowed to enter the product.
