  • Versatile machine can fill different size/shape of bottle with easy to fit change parts.With timing set points, to facilitate minimum change over time.
  • All bottle change parts are made of cast nylon.
  • Self lubricating UHMW wear strips are used on railing and underneath slat chains to eliminate wear-tear and minimize noise.
  • Centralized lubrication is provided through oil pump.
  • Precise speed variation through reputed make variable speed pulley.
  • The machine conveyor is driven by a reputed make maintenance free Variator Drive Unit.
  • No need to de-assemble any part to clean the machine during product change over. Since flushing is easier due to vacuum application.
  • Models having 40 Heads or above are equipped with automatic electro-pneumatically controlled filling bowl level maintain system and overflow collection system.
