Due to moisture contents in Yarn it increase the flexibility&elasticity also reducing the formation of fiber fly. By the steaming process one can give the required bulling effect to the carpet,- knitting & hosiery Yarn, & improve its appearance. In steaming process shrinkage in material is Eli"minute in yarn stage itself thus eliminates various difficulties, which may arise during further processing of material. In Vacuum; pr.ocess, Vacuum is created in machine, this allows better & uniform penetration of steam upto inner layer of materials. Since it is a pressure vessel you can very economically & effectively achieve the te.rnperature above 100^o C, which is essential for the twist setting of synthetic material.
