Vacuum Ovens

IHVP Vacuum Ovens are available in Cylindrical / Cubical model for degassing, annulling and drying of components under vacuum. The construction of IHVP Vacuum Ovens primarily uses Stainless Steel AISI 304 grade, with front door opening. Removable type loading trays to accommodate the components to be dried. External/Internal heating type with tubular heaters with suitable insulation to attain uniform maximum temperatureinside the oven. Suitable controls for temperature measurement with thermocouple is provided.

A high speed vacuum pumping system fully integrated with necessary piping and valves, operated manually is rated for high gas through-put handling and to produce clean and high vacuum in the chamber. IHVP Vacuum ovens have all the electrical controls and instruments are housed in the main unit designed to ensure smooth operation of the vacuum system.
