Octagonal Blender
Features :

• Contact parts in stainless steel 304 or 316
• Octagonal shaped with rectangular center, conical discharge frustum and rectangular top frustum
• Baffles provided in the shell
• Manhole with gasket is provided to fix baffles and for ease of cleaning the shell
• Charging and discharging is through a butterfly valve. A conical adaptor can be provided for fixing charging drum after butterfly valve
• Unit can be provided with bin charging arrangement
• All moving parts are enclosed in guards
• A safety railing with a limit switch is provided for operator safety · Manual Inching arrangement can be provided
• Flame - proof motors with flame - proof push button stations can be provided.

V Shape Blender

Conta Blender
Features :

• 0° stopping for easy docking and undocking of the bin.
• A suitable fencing around the cage with an entry point for the bin on detachable trolley. Limit switch on entry door to prevent the accidental operation of the cage.
• Flexibility of accepting variable bin sizes providing wide range of batch volumes.
• cGMP construction with cladded polished S. S. sheets.
• The charging hole with cover is provided on top with quick opening and closing arrangement with dust proof joints for particle free transfer.
• Built-in Butterfly valve (150 mm dia) at the bottom suitable for discharge.
• Suitable leak proof vent on top.

Double Cone Blender
Features :

• The conical shape at both ends of Double Cone Blender enables uniform mixing and easy discharge.
• All contact parts are made out of SS316 or 316L
• Maximum care has been taken to ensure safe operation of Double Cone Blender.
• Manual rotating facility with hand wheel for inching. The same will be provided with ss cover & limit switch.
• Two nos. of safety road will be provided at back side.
• Suitable size of butter fly valve at one end of the cone provided for material discharge & hole with openable cover provided at other end of the cone for material charging & cleaning.
• Cones of the Double Cone Blender will be mirror polished from the inside & outside & structure will be matt polished.
• All moving parts of the Double Cone Blender are covered with SS304 covers.
• Safety guards made from SS304 pipes provided in front of the m/c with limit switch.
• The conical shape at both ends enables uniform mixing and easy discharge.
• Worm reduction gear use for speed reduction.
• Food grade rubber gasket will be used on both end of cone as well as in butterfly valve.
• Inside & outside of the cone will be polished to the mirror finished.
