CNC Lather Machine-Uniturn 300HD UNITURN 300 CNC Lathe is a flexible machine for complete machining of parts in the field of automobile, medical equipment, aerospace, defence etc.
UNITURN 300 CNC Lathe machine can be used for machining a wide range of parts having a diameter upto 175mm. This CNC Lathe machine is highly rigid in construction enabling high speed machining to minimize the machining time.
Also, lengthy bars having diameter upto 50mm can be machined continuously using a bar puller and parts collector. This arrangement on UNITURN CNC Lathe fulfills simple CNC Automation.
UNITURN 300 CNC Lathe can be offered with power chuck or collet mechanism. For higher component accuracy, HEINBUCH collet attachment from Germany can be offered.
The machine can also be fitted with linear scale arrangement to attain close dimensional tolerances.
UNITURN 300 CNC lathe can also be offered with live tool turret for specific operations like milling, keyway slot, drilling and threading on periphery of the component.
