ONLINE maintenance possible in this Union type Ball valve as all internals can be replaced without removing the valve from the pipe-line. Union Ball Valve can be used in Farms, Green house, Irrigation System, Horticulture & Agriculture. This Valve can also be used in Sugar Industries.

Union Ball Valve is manufactured from polypropylene, a chemical inert thermoplastic.
Protective from corrosive chemicals and chemical resistance, Because of no metal parts available in this union ball valve. So widely used by chemical industries.
Excellent ultraviolet resistivity due to presence of carbon black.
Hydraulically tested up to 200 lbs/sq. (10 kg/cm2 )
Available in threaded screw end & plain socket end.
It’s easy to replace all internal part of this ball valve without removing the valve from pipeline, Because of its union ends.
Easy movement of opening & closing by quarter turn.
Can be used up to 80o C working Temperature.
