Unidenim (One Shot Sizing Agent)

UniDenim is a modified starch produced from corn by chemical synthesis under specific process conditions & parameters. UniDenim is suitable for denim yarn. It has very good adhesion for cotton fibre which will gives you coating as well as binding on denim yarn.
Application :

• UniDenim is high stable modified starch for warp denim yarn sizing along with other sizing ingredients like Softener, Binder etc.
• It gives very stable viscosity and is compatible with PVA and all kinds of acrylic binders and softeners.(if additional required). Not required to add any ingredient.
• It is having excellent film strength & gives the best weaving efficiency with less droppings on sizing as well as LOOM.
• It is having very high active solids and gives excellent pick-up
• 100% ECO friendly.
• Reduces the hairiness to great extent and produces smooth surface.
• Excellent and uniform coating and pick-up, tough and transparent film.
• Excellent fibre to fibre binding due to better penetration improving fibre lay in the yarn.
• Improved Yarn to yarn and yarn to loom abrasion resistance.
• UniDenim is mostly suitable for shuttle-less loom like Air-jet, Projectile & Rapier.
• It can be easily removed by traditional Desizing process.
