A low or high in all or any phase generates a changeover signal. Two potential free changeover contacts are given for breakers tripping, relay is auto reset. Both under and over voltage are settable. time is fixed at 3 sec. Hysteresis of 5v-15v for trasient protection is provided. All contacts are 5a.
