UltraTech Seal & Dry SBR is a styrene butadiene latex co-polymer, multipurpose product used for waterproofing, repairing of structures/concrete, bonding old concrete/plaster surfaces and new concrete/plaster.

Areas of Application

UltraTech Seal & Dry SBR is used for waterproofing of bathroom, balcony, chajjas, sunken areas, terrace & water tanks. It is also used as a modifier in mortar and screed for repair purposes. As a bonding agent, it strongly binds new concrete/plaster surfaces to old surfaces of concrete/plaster.
