Using the ultrasonic principle, the gauge can measure up to three coatings individually or in total up to a maximum of 500 microns. Coatings must be non-metallic and the base can be plastic, wood, concrete, glass or ceramic. It will connect to the Miniprint and has similar statistics to the 4100 gauge.
