Our most common and running deflashing machines are : Cryogenic ultro shot blaster (barrel capacity 60ltr to 200ltr) Spim Tear Trim Deflashing (Non Cryogenic).

Cryogenic Deflashing machine uses liquid nitrogen to help deflash the part reach low enough temperature where its material becomes brittle. During this process, the drum rotates at defined speed and once the material reaches its brittle stage, deflashing media is bombared onto the parts for effective flash removal.
