Width thickness gauge used for auto correction of width and thickness works on LASER beam technology with an accuracy of 0.001mm. The last stand is oquipped with anti backlash ball screws and servo motors.

Due to which the conductor remains in the straight path line and no stress / strain is developed in the conductor. Due to the straight motion of the conductor the bend gets avoided which leads in perfect winding quality.
