Our brushes are made of heat stabilized 612 nylon. The abrasive grits and nylon are co-extruded in to mono-filament. The result is a flexible homogenized structure that has by weight approximately 30% abrasive loading. The abrasive grits are exposed on all surface of the filament and functions much like a flexible file.
