This tool is used for the free movement of drum of conductor earth wire. It have the capacity to take the standard wooden steel conductor earth wire drum 2000mm diameter & 1000mm width. The turn table is fabricated out of MS channel and angle iron,Braking arrangment provided in the rotating platform and brake-band is to be used for the purpose.
