Tube Mill Rolls

We are offering tube mill rolls.
In erw tube mill machinery a set of rolls are used for rolling the hrcr strips to form tubepipehollow sections. The preciseness and durability of the rolls are very important for formation of a good quality of tubepipe. For durability of the rolls we use
en-31high carbon high chrome ( d2, d3 ) material and these rolls are hardened for longer life. We manufacture roll sets for tube mills with size range from ½” to 14”. The rolls manufactured by us are precise in specifications and are durable. Although the material used for the rolls are as per the choice of the customers among en-31 and high carbon high chrome but for longer life of the rolls we recommend the use of high carbon high chrome material for tube mill rolls.
