Designed for labelling 3650 full wrap around label or oriented half labels on round tubes.
Highly accurate capping of tuebs with screw-on or oriented snap-on caps.
12 mandrel turrent with mechanical indexer.
Rigid frame construction with all compoments being either powder coated or elecroless plated.
Compact Footprint- Takes half the floorspace compared to a leabelling and a capping machine.
'TUBE TEST MODE' to make the machined settings with minimum wastege.
Intuitive and easy to use large vertical touch screen
HMI Can store upto 500 recipes of tube + cao types for quicker recall of settings during changeover
'BAD' tube rejection.
Exhaustive diagnosis feature and alarm system.
