Basic principal behind trommel Screens is separation of material into two fractionsas per requirement.The same principle applies to the screening of compost, sand, lumber mill by-products and municipal solid waste.Drives can be electric or hydraulic .We has a range of designs available and is customizable according to your requirements.

Solid rubber wheels for maximum drive friction in we conditions .

Perforated rolled metal plate 12 mm thick (in case of stones, heavy material)
Internal screw for higher Discharge rates.
Detachable screens for flexibility of changing according to material composition
Walkway Design and Fabrication for easy access ( maintenance and cleaning)
Bottom chute for grains discharge onto conveyor
Accessible doors for removing dust.
End chute for heavy fraction discharge onto conveyor
