Contact SupplierThe ingot trolleys can be constructed with different materials, by means of welded sections, and mounted on four or six wheels that run on rails of which two of these drive.
The drive wheels can be both manual and automatic. The translational automatism provides an electric translatory movement with wheel rack and servo alignment mechanismbetween the jet of coltata and mold. The mechanism is composed of an asynchronous motor controlled by an inverter retroazionando and movement with absolute encoder. The remote display control panel will be composed of a tilting command of the cloche and two buttons for scrolling in step or continuously the carriage.
The heating of the ingot is entrusted to burners honeycomb fed to propane gas with relative safety valve.
The tightening of the ingot can 'be both mechanical and hydraulic. In the first case the molds are clamped by means of screw mechanical closure; in the second case, the hydraulic system provides two opposed hydraulic jacks, controlled by a control unit mounted on the carriage.
The trolleys are also equipped with ingot molds for the production of slab ingots and wire or for the production of anodes. Obviously, the type of ingot and size are defined upon customer request.The described plant can undergo customizations on the customer's request, photos posted are just one example of the many possible system solutions.
Based on the needs of the customer it is possible to create tailor-made systems, with suitable characteristics to the machining process required.
