Tripple Steel Casted Chambers Eliminating the difficult task of relining or replacing cage bars, frame bars etc.which saves lot of time and labour.

Of the Expeller is water cooled and is of alloy steel construction, fitted with High Pressure Worms, hard faced, with a highly wear resistant chromium cobalt alloy. The worm arrongement has been designed to expel the maximum oil from oil bearing seeds.

The main worm shaft con be withdrawn very easily without disturbing the gear section in any way. Pressing worms and collars can be arranged without disturbing the main shaft.

High pressure Worms made from hard faced alloy steel are designed and arranged to extract maximum oil from the seeds.

It is equipped with tripple reduction helical gears made from single piece Alloy Steel Casting dipped in oil bath.All the shafts, gears, gudzeons etc. run on anti friction roller and ball bearings.A self contained lubrication arrangement has been provided.

Thickness of the cake can be controlled on the running machine.

is fitted along the full length of the expeller having right and left hand flights to deliver the oil to central point. The drive is from the main gear box.

Multilevel Cooker with steam conditioning jackets and proper arrangement for controlling the inlet and outlet of steam is provided with independent gear box.
