construction : tray dryer has robust construction as is built with angles and section. Tray dryer’s external wall is manufacture from 1.6 mm thick stainless steel sheets of 304 quality. the internal walls of the tray dryer are built of 1.6 mm thick s.s.304 quality sheet insulated with minimum 50mm glass wool insulation and cladded with s.s. Polished sheet. The dryer is having a fresh air inlet, an adjusted flap and a door at the front. The door is explosion-proof and is locked with the help of spring loaded ball latches & sealing gasket.
finishing : design tray dryer is of high standard gmp and has a aesthetic look. It is buffed externally with matt finish and internally with mirror finish.
electric heater : air inside tray dryer is heated by u-tubes for maximum heat transfer. Steam heated model are also provided as per customer requirements. Control panel box consists of contactor assembly, on & off switch, operating push buttons, thermocouple,etc.
air circulation : air inside tray dryer is circulated by one heavy duty axial flow blower fitted on a shaft and driven by motor through belt. The special design of the blower ensures uniform air circulation, so that there is uniform air current flow over the enter charge loaded in the trolley inside the dryer.
tray : tray is a one piece construction. It is also available in s.s 316 material as per the requirement.
