We manufacture and supply Transparent Resin which is widely used as Foundry Binder. Transparent resin is a 3 Part No-Bake Binder System used for making Sand Moulds and Cores. Transparent Resin is a conventional Binder system widely used in Steel and Cast Iron Foundry. It is ideal for Large Moulds and Chunky Cores which are difficult to make with Core Oil system due to baking limitation and Silicate process for its̢۪ poor collapsibility. This system can be used in Batch Mixer as well as in Continuous Mixer. However, good quality clay and moisture free Sand is required for this system.
