Transformer Oil Filters

We sell “Nirmal” Transformer Oil Filtration Machines. The transformer oil is used for isolating the winding from atmosphere, as a coolant for removal of het from the windings and also quenches any arc inside the transformer. This oil deteriorates over use and needs to be periodically filtered to bring back the properties as original. Transformer Oil Filtration machines are used for removal of solid impurities, dissolved moisture & gasses in the transformer oil. This improves the break down voltage.
These machines are also used for new oil that is to be filled in a new transformer, to enable get the right insulation parameters.
These machines are manufactured for flow rates from 225 liters per hour to 10,000 liters per hour. The models are based on the vacuum level - Medium High Vacuum, High Vacuum and Ultra High Vacuum. These machines come in different configurations like stationary, semi-mobile with castor wheels, mobile trailer mounted or truck mounted.
We have now selling advanced machines that regenerate mineral insulating oils, transformer oils and lubricating oils. These filters are capable of making properties of oil almost similar to that of Virgin or Base Oil that proves to be cost effective and eco-friendly.
Apart from selling these machines, we provide service for routine maintenance and upgradation of the machines.
