Trademark Registration

List of information and documents for filing the Trademark Application

1.       PAN, Aadhar, mobile no, email id, & photograph of the applicant.

2.       Soft copy of Brand / Logo or Symbol to be registered.

3.    In case the Brand / logo or symbol is not provided, then a TM application can be filed for the wordmark. The same wordmark would also be required.

4.       Description or nomenclature of the logo mark or word mark.

5.       Description of the list of goods and/or services for which TM registration is required;

6.       A user affidavit when a proposed trademark is already used (if any) then following proofs also required: -

·       Sales invoices since your TM name existed.

·       Product or service images with brand logo

·       Website link or Domain receipt

·       Link of Social media accounts like – Facebook, Instagram etc.

·       Printed doc. - Visiting card, Banner, templates and etc

·       All Govt. Registration Certificates like: Incorporation, GST, MSME, Sales & Services tax, VAT TAN etc.

·       All purchase invoices like machinery etc.

·       Old invoices which were paid to any person.
