• A single or double acting hydraulic cylinder is used in our front end dozzer (blader) assembly.
• A single level control valve is fitted to operate the hydraulic cylinder.
• A MARKWEL brand 0.5â�� ID hydraulic pipes are used having the pressure capacity of 4000.0 PSI.
• The structure of dozzer assembly is fabricated out of prime quality mild steel.
• The leveling blade is fabricated from mild steel.
• The High Tensile Fasteners are used in internal fittings.

SPECIFICATIONS OF NEELKANTH BRAND TIPPING TYPE TWO WHEEL TRAILER M/s Neelkanth Engineering Works have started manufacturing the Tractor drawn Two Wheel Tipping Type Trailer in various sizes since January 1989. The Tipping Type Two Wheel Trailer having size : 11�-0� x 6�-0� x 1�-6� is most popular in agriculture & commercial purposes. The design of Tipping Type Trailer has been approved by Joint Director of Transport, Gujarat State, Ahmedabad. The tipping type trailer should be fabricated from Prime MS materials. The three tyre foundation chassis should be made from MS channel 125x65x65mm.

• The MS plate of 5.0mm thick should be used for bottom of trailer while MS channel 75x40x40 should be used as support of bottom plate.
• The bearing number 32213 & 32211 to be fitted in Axle assembly. The MS square bar 75.0 mm to be used as an axle of trailer. The wheel rim heavy duty type having size 900 x 16 to be used for fitting of 900 x 16.16 ply tyre.
• The panel door of trailer should be fabricated from MS Channel 75x40x40mm, MS Angle 35x35x5.0mm & MS Sheet 2.0mm
• The Hydraulic Jeck having capacity pf 5.0 Ton to be installed in our tipping type trailer.
• The tyre size will be 900 x 16. 16 ply.

SPECIFICATIONS OF NEELKANTH BRAND TIPPING TYPE FOUR WHEEL BENJO TRAILER M/s Neelkanth Engineering Works have started manufacturing the Tractor drawn Two Wheeler Tipping Type Trailer having size : 12�-0� x 6�-6� x 1�-9� since December 1997. It is most popular to transport the sugar-cane from farm to sugar factory. The design of Tipping Type Trailer has been approved by Joint Director of Transport, Gujarat State, Ahmedabad. The tipping type trailer should be fabricated from Prime MS materials. The three tyre foundation chassis should be made from MS channel. The first chassis fabricated from MS channel 150x75x75mm & Second & third chassis fabricated from MS channel 125x65x65mm.

• The MS plate of 5.0mm thick should be used for bottom of trailer while MS channel 75x40x40 should be used as support channel of bottom plate.
• The panel door of trailer should be fabricated from MS Channel 75x40x40mm, MS Angle 35x35x5.0mm & MS Sheet 2.0mm
• The Hydraulic Jeck two numbers having capacity pf 5.0 Ton to be installed in our tipping type trailer. The hydraulic jeck is maintained the standard specification / quality of telehoist.
• The Benjo Axle is made from MS square bar 100.0mm x 100.0mm.. The banjo axle bracket is fabricated from 12.0 mm thick MS plate. The axle pin is welded with this bracket. The axle pin is manufactured from 75.0 x 75.0 mm thick MS square bar.
• The bearing number 32213 & 32211 to be fitted in Axle assembly. The wheel rim heavy duty type having size 900 x 16 to be used for fitting of 900 x 16.16 ply tyre.
• The tyre size will be 900 x 16. 16 ply.
