Tractor Attached Road Sweeper

• Available in both, front and rear tractor attachment types this Tractor attached, Mechanical Road Sweeper, comes fitted with a hydraulically tilt-able Debris Hopper having a volumetric capacity of 0.25 cum. Specific to the front attachment type, the Debris Collection Hopper is capable of being hydraulically lifted to a height of approximately 2500mm to facilitate dumping of the hopper content. Fitted with an efficient dust suppressant system, the SWEEP 3AT is capable of sweeping 1850 mm of road widths in a single pass at sweeping speed of an approximate 5 to 8 Km/h. Both side and center brushes are independently and hydraulically powered by low speedhigh torque hydro-motors, and are available with PPN or alloy steel bristles. The SWEEP3ATattachment can be attached to a minimum 45 Hp, construction type Tractor.

Application

• Low in cost, the SWEEP 3AT is ideally positioned for use in small municipalities, Nagar Palikas and Parishads. The equipment sweeps and cleans with high efficiency,narrow congested roads, large parking lots and open grounds, market and commercial areas, residential blocks, townships, etc. The centrally located Main Brush positioned below and across the width of the hopper will carry out the toughest sweeping operation within its travel path. The side Channel Brush, located on one side of the equipment cleans the kerb side areas. The swept material is collected and stored in Debris Hopper which is then emptied by hydraulic tilting / tipping and tilting as per the equipment model.
