The components are manufactured as per the OEM grades and the physical and chemical properties are OEM specifications thus keeping them strong as the originals. These components are subjected to multiple Heat treatment stags to get the best tensile strength, hardness and microstructural properties. Additional internal bracing is added if required to prevent it from deformation. The bore of the track shoe is maintained inline for accurate pin fit. Material: High strength Alloy steel subjected to multiple stages of Heat treatment to achieve the desired properties.”
