On reaching the manufacturing facility, the mangoes go through high-quality inspection and are loaded into ripening chambers. The matured mangoes are put into the conveyor belts for further processing. The seeds and peels of the mangoes are separated by destoner machinery and are carried out by a waste screw conveyor. During the manufacturing process, the pulp samples are collected to check the quality parameters. Frut X’s central lab facility is fully equipped with machinery to analyze the product to prevent microbial contamination. Our efficient team manages the complete process and ensures we deliver products similar to international quality standards.
