Toroidal Coils

We produce a variety of toroidal inductors & transformers. Different types of Toroidal cores are used for producing these parts such as ferrite cores, iron powdered cores and laminated cores. These toroids are wound using various wires ranging from 12 AWG / 2.0 mm dia to 50 AWG / 0.025 mm dia of different temperature classes. Not only do we use different gauges of wires, but we also use bifilar and trifilar wires for making these inductors and transformers. Different types of toriodal Winding Machines (Hook Winders, CNC Programmable Belt, Slider type & Suttle Gear Magazine) are used for winding these parts.
