Indications :

• Metastatic carcinoma of the ovary after failure of initial or subsequent chemotherapy.
• Small cell lung cancer after failure of first-line chemotherapy.
• Stage IV-B, recurrent or persistent carcinoma of the cervix (which is not amenable to curative treatment with surgery and/or radiation therapy).

Dosage :

• Cervical Cancer : IV 0.75 mg/m² daily infused over 30 min on days 1, 2, and 3, followed by IV cisplatin 50 mg/m² infused on day 1 repeated every 21 days.
• Ovarian or Small Cell Lung Cancer : IV 1.5 mg/m² /day over 30 min daily for 5 consecutive days starting on day 1 of a 21-day cycle.

Dosage Adjustment :

• Renal Impairment : Required.
• Hepatic Impairment : No dosage adjustment is required in patients with plasma bilirubin > 1.5 but < 10 mg/dl.
