The titanium wire mesh is resilient to metallic salts, salt water, hydroxides, chlorides, chromic acids, nitric acids, organic acids and dilute alkalis. It comes in black color, with different weaving patterns of plain and twill weave. Its size ranges from 4 mesh to 100 mesh. Its chemical composition comes as cr:0.11, mn:0.02, fe:0.03 and rest all is titanium.

Its mechanical features comprise of light weight, high strength and is fully corrosion-resistant. An oxide layer is placed on the surface of the titanium wire mesh to avoid its electrolytic reaction with other different metals.
