Tini Basmati Rice

During the process of rice milling the grain tends to break, these broken grains are separated and packed accordingly on the basis of their size. Although this rice has all the goodness of pure Basmati but is not long enough to make it to the premium category. This varianty is broken and thus named on the basis of the grain length.
