We manufacture solid wood door frame from Red Meranti Ghana Teak & Steam beach. Shutters are solid core (pine) infill. Shutters are finished by 1mm thick laminates or natural veneer. Solid wood is sourced from Gandhidham and upon arrival seasoned in automatic seasoning plant to moisture content less than 12% to 15%. Machining of lock slot, hinges slot, key hole and handle hole on shutter is done automatically on CNC Rover machine.
