Versatile works horse, which can cook, boil, stew, saute, deep fry and shallow fry.
- PAN – Stainless Steel rectangular shape with bottom Mild Steel plate lining for gas model, front side of the pan conical mouth for easy pouring of food stuff. Bottom side of the pan covered by paneling to resist the gas burner flame & one ignition whole is provided for easy firing the pilot burner. The pan is fitted with tilting lid through gear operation.
- TILTING MECHANISM – This tilting pan is fitted with gear mechanism operation for easy handling and less man power. The lid of the tilting pan also fitted with tilting mechanism for easy operation and safety precaution. The gear wheel placed on the control panel. Other sides of the control panel fitted with electrical switches or gas control valve.
- VERTICALS – Stainless Steel pipe with adjustable bullet and bottom back cross bracing.
