How to Use

The surface should be cleaned and free from dirt and oil before using “TILE MALTA”

The surface must be plumb before application of “TILE MALTA” adhesive.

Mixing

Take 25kg Bag of “TILE MALTA’ and add water 4.75 liter (@19%) and mix for minimum 3 minutes. Till homogeneous paste is obtained. Hand mixing is recommended for small quantities only. Mix as much quantity which can be used within 30 minutes.

Tiling

“TILE MALTA’ Paste is used in 3-6 mm thickness comb with notched trowel.

Keep joints between two tiles using spacers.

Start placing the tiles on the surface at tube tiled. Take the tile properlyto sure complete overage of the back side

of tile and to eliminate the possibility of any air voids. Start filling joints only after 24hrs.

Precaution and Limitation

For laying tiles on floor surface should be sufficiently hard and good condition. * Don't add excess water than recommended. + Always add powder to water and never add water to powder. * Never add cement and sand at site. * Itis advisable not to use on gypsum plaster, paint, wood and metal.
