 We are a unique Manufacturer and Supplier of Tile Adhesive from Vijapur in Gujarat. Tile Adhesive is a Cementatious ready mix powder, which is a thin-bed and highly tensile polymer modified product. It's unique properties make it ideal for fixing ceramic/ vitrified tiles/ mosaic tiles/ natural stone like granite, marble and other heavy stones on floors, walls and ceilings.

Areas of Applications : Tile Adhesive mortar is a masonry mortar for use to fix Tiles on Floor, wall, ceiling.

Method Applications :

• Easy to Mix and use dry mortar saves water, Sand, Cement & Time.

• Mix the product with water in the ratio of approx. 1:4

• Mixing can be done manually or by stirrer.

• Mixing to be done till homogeneous mix is obtained.

• The Paste should be kept away form direct sunlight, heat and used with in 2 hr. of preparation (after mixing with water)

Application Mixing and Placing : Just add 27% - 30% water in 20kg bag.

Packing : 20 Kg in BOPP Export Quality Bag. Company also provide Trowel in every bag.

Colour : Grey And White

Coverage : 30-10 sq. ft per 20Kg with notch trowel for a bed of 3-4 mm.

Precaution & Limitation :

• Contains Portland Cement and silica sand. May irritate eyes and skin. Avoid contact with eyes or prolonged contact with skin. In case of contact, flush thoroughly with water.

• Do not take internally. Silica sand may cause cancer or serious lung problems. Avoid Breathing dust. Wear a respirator in dusty areas.

• Protect finished work form traffic or damage by other trades for any extended period of time during cold weather conditions. At room temp. conditions 70 ºF (20 ºC ), protect overnight

• Keep out of reach of children.

Shelf life :

• Factory sealed bag of this product are guaranteed to be of first quality for one (1) year* if stored off the ground in a dry area.
• High humidity will reduce the shelf life of bagged product.
